Each piece is handbuilt, altered, and one of a kind. This plate would love to hold orecchiette with sumac, mushrooms with nettle, eggplant with saffron, so on and so fourth. It is food and dishwasher safe, but I would recommend lovingly hand-washing it while listening to Sibylle Baier. It is not microwave safe due to the gold luster.
